The Purchase View in ArbitrageOne gives you a complete overview of all your orders. Here, you can track the status of your purchases and take the next steps—whether it’s creating listings, requesting ungatings, or announcing shipments to your Prep Center. All relevant information is available at a glance to help you keep your processes running smoothly.Key Features of the Purchase View
- Manage purchases: Delete, archive, or mark orders as canceled.
- Profit calculation: Enter the purchase price and calculate profit, including shipping costs—especially important for wholesale orders.
- Ungating overview: Keep track of your Ungatings and request them directly for all relevant marketplaces.
- Listing creation: Generate listings for all marketplaces and view key data such as Keepa graphs.
- Announce shipments: Notify your Prep Center (API integration required) and transfer notes.
- Print FNSKU labels: If you’re shipping from your own warehouse, print FNSKU labels directly.
- Inventory tracking: Monitor the status of your products, from ordering to forwarding.
- WEEE number retrieval: Fetch the WEEE number from the EAR register and store it in Amazon.
- Add notes: Keep track of important details or special instructions for each order.
Step-by-Step Guide to Using the Purchase View
Create listings: Use the button to generate listings for different marketplaces. If an approval to Ungate is pending, the listing will still be created as soon as the approval is granted. Enter shipping costs: Particularly for wholesale orders, enter shipping costs to ensure accurate calculations. Announce shipments: If you’re working with a Prep Center, you can announce shipments directly from ArbitrageOne. Alternatively, print FNSKU labels if you’re preparing the products for shipment yourself. Optional Steps- Track the quantities ordered, received, and forwarded.
- Retrieve the WEEE number and store it in Amazon.
- Request an approval if needed.
