Short description
You log in at app.arbitrageone.de with your email and password. If you forget your password or your account gets locked after too many failed attempts, you can reset it yourself via an email link. How the login works
Login page
On/login you enter your email address and password. After clicking Log in you land on the Dashboard. If you don’t have an account yet, you can get to sign-up via Register now.
Language
The login page adapts automatically to your browser language. With?lang=de or ?lang=en you can override the language.
Step-by-step: Reset password
Step 1: Open the reset page
On the login page click Forgot password? or go directly to/passwordreset.
Step 2: Enter your email
Enter the email address of your account and click Reset password.Step 3: Check your email
Within a few minutes you’ll receive an email with a link. If no email arrives: check the spam folder. The notice “Thanks for your request. If an account exists for this email, we’ll send you a password reset link in a few minutes.” is shown regardless of whether the email exists — that’s privacy by design, not an error.Step 4: Set a new password
Click the link in the email. The password must be at least 10 characters long. Enter it twice and click Reset password.Step 5: Automatic login
After a successful reset you’re logged in automatically. All other open sessions on other devices are terminated immediately for security reasons.Account lockouts
ArbitrageOne locks accounts after too many failed attempts to prevent brute force. When locked, you’ll see a notice on the login page and a direct link to the password reset.Important notes
- Minimum password length: 10 characters. Recommendation: use a password manager.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) is currently not available.
- After a password reset all existing sessions are invalidated — you must log in again on all devices.
- The reset link is single-use and expires after a short time. If it has expired, request a new one.
Common issues
Issue: “My account has been locked.” Solution: Reset the password via/passwordreset. This lifts the lock and you can log in again.
Issue: “Your account hasn’t been activated yet.”
Solution: After registration you have to confirm your email address. Check your inbox (including spam) for the confirmation email. If none arrives, contact support.
Issue: “Reset link doesn’t work (URL_EXPIRED).”
Solution: The link has expired or has already been used. Request a new reset link.
Issue: “I’m not receiving the reset email.”
Solution: Check spam and make sure you’re using the correct email address. If nothing arrives after 10 minutes, contact support — your account may be deactivated.
