# How do I connect to my returns service provider?

> Link an ArbitrageOne returns service provider (prep center) account via invitation link.

## Short description

If you work with a returns service provider (also called *solution provider* or *prep center*), you link your accounts in ArbitrageOne via an invitation link. Only after this link is established can your provider process your returns, accept tasks (todos) and create listings for you.

## How the connection works

Your provider has a function in their ArbitrageOne account to generate a **personal link** for you. You'll receive this link directly from them — typically via email or messenger. As soon as you click the link and are logged in, your account is linked to the provider's account.

## Step-by-step: Establish the connection

### Step 1: Open the link

Click the link your provider sent you. You're redirected to ArbitrageOne.

### Step 2: Log in or register

* **Already have an account?** → Log in as usual.
* **No account yet?** → Click *Register now* at the bottom and create an account. After registration you're logged in automatically and the connection is established.

### Step 3: Confirm the connection

After login you'll see the provider shown in your account. In the sections **Returns** and **Returns settings** the provider appears as a connected partner.

### Step 4: Check returns settings

→ Open directly in the app: [app.arbitrageone.de/returns/settings](https://app.arbitrageone.de/returns/settings)

Go to **Returns settings** and check the configuration for this provider:

* **Min. processing value** (€)
* **Blocked ASINs**
* **Global notes**
* **Marketplaces for re-listings**
* **Enable FBM**

These settings determine how the provider handles your returns.

## Important notes

* Per account you can be linked to **multiple providers**. Each provider only sees their own tasks. However, both providers see pending returns until arrival.
* Returns can only enter your provider's workflow once the link is established.

## Disconnect the link

A **self-service feature to disconnect the link is currently in the works**. Until then: please contact support — we'll remove the link manually for you. Please state in the request which provider you no longer want to work with.

## Common issues

**Issue:** "The link leads to the login page and then nothing happens."
**Solution:** You weren't logged in when you clicked the link. Log in and open the link again — it stays valid for you.

**Issue:** "I don't see my provider anywhere after clicking."
**Solution:** Reload the page (Ctrl + R / Cmd + R). If the provider still doesn't appear, send us the link you arrived with — we'll check it.

**Issue:** "I want to work with a second provider."
**Solution:** The second provider sends you a separate link. Multiple parallel connections are no problem.
